Inferno Hot Pilates

Our signature class. A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines Pilates-based core work with bursts of cardio, strength training, and endurance. Expect a full-body burn — arms, legs, glutes, and abs — all in a heated room to amplify results and detox from the inside out.

Heated Sculpt

A strength-focused class using light weights and resistance. Move with precision through sculpting sequences that tone and lengthen, while the heat helps muscles stay fluid and your mind stay focused. Slow, strong, and transformative.
